Workspace settings, branding and uploads FAQs

Answers about workspace settings, branding and uploads in CRMCEO.

Find answers to common questions about CRMCEO. Available menus and actions depend on your plan, enabled modules, company settings and permissions.

Can we customize the workspace to our brand?

CRMCEO uses its shared Hogo appearance with light and dark modes. Use the theme switcher to choose your mode. Company names, logos and financial-document appearance can have separate settings where available. Company colour settings do not necessarily replace the shared interface palette, and a theme change does not configure a custom domain.

Can users choose their interface language?

For: company administrators, employees and clients.

Language Settings controls which languages the organization makes available. Users can select a preferred language in Profile Settings from the available choices. If a language is missing, ask the administrator rather than assuming every translation is installed.

Can we add fields that are not in the standard forms?

Custom Fields lets an authorized administrator add data-entry fields to supported sections. Check the available sections and field options in your installation; this does not mean every screen can be redesigned or every built-in field removed.

Are all language-pack translations guaranteed to be accurate?

For: company administrators, employees and clients.

Optional feature: Requires the relevant module or add-on to be included and enabled.

No. The optional Language Pack documentation says its translations are machine-generated and should be reviewed. Report unclear labels with the language and screen name. Administrators should review wording before using translated text in customer-facing workflows.

Why is my file upload rejected?

An administrator can restrict upload size, file type, and file count. Check the displayed limits and your plan’s storage allowance. If the file should be accepted, report its type and size—not sensitive file contents—to support.

Can our workspace use our own domain?

Custom domains are part of the optional SaaS Subdomain module workflow. Ask support whether your plan includes this feature. The CRMCEO team must provide the DNS target and finish server/company configuration; changing DNS alone does not complete the connection.

Why is a new custom domain not loading?

DNS changes can take time to become visible, and the CRMCEO team must map the hostname to the application and the correct company. Send support the exact hostname and error. Do not change unrelated DNS records or disable HTTPS to work around the problem.
