Why am I not receiving notification emails?

First check your profile preference, recipient address, spam folder, and the relevant notification setting. If messages still do not arrive, provide support with the event and approximate time. The administrator or operator should investigate mail configuration; do not share your password or SMTP credentials.
Are Slack and browser notifications available?
Notification Settings documents Slack, OneSignal push notifications, and Pusher configuration. Availability depends on the service’s integration setup and your notification preferences. Your administrator should confirm which channels are enabled rather than promising every channel for every event.
Can we receive SMS notifications?

Optional feature: Requires the relevant module or add-on to be included and enabled.
The separate SaaS SMS module supports Twilio, Vonage/Nexmo, and Msg91. It must be installed, enabled, and configured with a supported provider. Ask which events and recipients your service enables and whether provider charges or service limits apply.
How do Telegram notifications work?
Where SMS notifications and Telegram are enabled, your company administrator configures the bot and each recipient supplies their Telegram user ID through the available settings. The recipient must first start a conversation with the bot. Ask your administrator which notification events are supported. Keep bot tokens private; setting up Telegram does not connect ordinary CRMCEO direct messages to Telegram.
