Find answers to common questions about CRMCEO. Available menus and actions depend on your plan, enabled modules, company settings and permissions.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Where available, open Settings → Security Settings → Two Factor Authentication. The documented methods are email and Google Authenticator; both may be enabled. Confirm your account password when asked, then complete the displayed setup. Keep recovery codes privately, separate from your usual sign-in device.
What should I do if I lose access to my authenticator?
Use a saved recovery code, or another verification method you already enabled if offered. Documented recovery codes are single-use. If neither is available, contact support for account recovery; do not ask someone to bypass verification or share another user’s code.
Where is the email verification code sent?
The documented email method sends the verification code to your CRMCEO account email address. Check that mailbox and spam folder. If delivery fails, ask support to investigate; never publish or forward a current verification code.
Why does the login or registration page show a CAPTCHA?
Security Settings supports Google reCAPTCHA v2 or v3 where configured. Follow the displayed verification prompt. Persistent CAPTCHA failures should be reported with the page URL and browser details, without sending passwords.
Why was I locked out or signed out on another device?
Optional feature: Requires the relevant module or add-on to be included and enabled.
If the optional CyberSecurity module is enabled, configured retry limits, login expiry, or single-session restrictions can affect access. Stop repeated guesses and contact support. The exact lockout duration and permitted sessions depend on CRMCEO’s configuration.
Can we use social login or enterprise single sign-on?
Use only the sign-in methods displayed by CRMCEO for your account. A social-login option does not establish support for enterprise SAML or SCIM provisioning. Ask the CRMCEO team about the identity provider and workflow your organisation requires. Never send support your password or an active verification code.
