When should I use a proposal?

Use a proposal to present a lead with proposed work and pricing before final agreement. A proposal is distinct from the invoice used for billing.

How do I create a proposal for a lead?

Open Finance → Proposals and choose the creation action. Complete the lead, validity, currency, tax, items, signature requirements and billing details, then save and review it.

How can I share or download a proposal?

Use its available send, public-link or PDF-download action. Review the content and recipient before sharing; a public link should only be sent to the intended audience.

Can I reuse a proposal template?

If templates are supported in your version, open Finance → Proposals and use the template tools to prepare reusable content. Review all customer-specific details before reusing a template.

Can I duplicate or cancel an estimate?
