Why does an offline payment say Pending Confirmation?

An offline payment submitted by a client requires administrator review. Pending Confirmation means it has not yet been approved as paid. Contact the company if verification is taking longer than expected.
What happens when an offline payment is approved or canceled?
Your company administrator checks the request against the actual receipt, then approves or rejects it through the available workflow. Approval accepts the recorded payment and updates the invoice status; rejection does not count the unconfirmed request as a completed payment. Review the amount and invoice balance carefully. These actions do not themselves transfer money or issue a cash refund.
