Open the client record. Its sections bring together profile details, projects, invoices, estimates, credit notes and payments, subject to your access. Start with the relevant record rather than relying on a summary when answering a billing or delivery question.

How do I keep several contacts for one client?

Use the client record’s Contacts section to add the relevant people and their details. Make clear internally who handles approvals, delivery and billing. A saved contact is not automatically proof that the person has portal access or authority to approve work.

Where should I save important client notes?

Use the client’s Notes section for context your team needs to retain. Check the intended audience before adding confidential information. Do not treat a note as a substitute for updating the project, invoice or other operational record it concerns.
