Review work and finance records with consistent filters before sharing an export.

Who this is for: Managers and authorised reporting users

Reports summarise the records you can access. The available report types depend on your enabled modules and permissions.

Steps

  1. Open Reports and select the relevant task, time log, finance or other available report.

  2. Set the date range and the available employee, project or status filters.

  3. Review the chart alongside the underlying rows. Open the related task, project or invoice when you need context.

  4. If comparing reports, use matching periods and filters. Time logs measure recorded work; attendance measures the working day.

  5. Use Export where the report provides it. Review the downloaded file and share it only with the intended recipients.

If you get stuck

An empty report can result from its filters or your permissions. Check the source records and selected period before assuming data is missing. Finance totals depend on the records and statuses included; an export does not change those records or make a payment.
